How do you counteract digital online life in your everyday routine?
Running an AI business means I am living and breathing my work, but that doesn’t mean I am always online. Half of what I do involves speaking with people, being active in communities and conversations. I also make time for being with loved ones and, most importantly, some time with myself.
What’s a favourite or secret AI hack in your personal life?
I use it to help me get unstuck. I juggle multiple hats, and prioritising can be difficult. I have designed an AI agent that helps me understand myself better. This is my favourite hack for sure.
What AI/tech policy would you like to see implemented in five years’ time that doesn't exist yet?
I want to see AI become something people actually know how to use, not just talk about. Right now, most teams are either afraid of it or completely dependent on one tech person to figure it out. In five years, I want every professional to have the confidence to build and use AI tools on
their own, the same way they use a spreadsheet today. No gatekeeping, no jargon, just real understanding.
Who is your favourite fictional robot and why?
Baymax from Big Hero 6. He is gentle, helpful, and his only purpose is to take care of people. That is exactly how I think AI should feel. Approachable, supportive, and built to serve, not to intimidate.
What is your first memory of using an LLM like ChatGPT or Claude?
I had been deploying AI solutions way before ChatGPT, but when generative AI became accessible through Open AI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face, everything clicked. I immediately saw the lag in adoption from non-techies and thought, “If I can do this, anyone can.” That moment was the spark behind LaunchLemonade's mission: making AI accessible for everyone.
