How do you counteract digital online life in your everyday routine?
I use ChatGPT to help with running my business. Before it was around, the admin tasks were very heavy, just in terms of writing out long emails, making sure they were clear and coherent. Now, I use Chat GPT really just to help neaten things up. It also helps with stuff like safeguarding and writing balanced and professional responses. Other than that, I don’t use it for anything else other than asking the odd thing about travel or life hacks.
What’s a favourite or secret AI hack in your personal life?
I’m not sure I know of many hacks, but I’m surprised at how good at simple script writing it is. For the kids we teach, we have to write a lot of personalised material to suit ages and casting, and it was very time consuming and hard to keep up. Chat GPT can write hold scripts given the right tools and inputs.
What AI/tech policy would you like to see implemented in five years’ time that doesn't exist yet?
In five years, I’d like it to get even better at what it does in terms of organisation. Because when you put files in, it still isn’t the best at dissecting the correct information. It also still lacks in terms of graphic design for marketing, website building, and social media.
Who is your favourite fictional robot and why?
The only fictional robot I know is ChatGPT!
What is your first memory of using an LLM like ChatGPT or Claude?
I think it was a few years ago. I used to be really creeped out by it and thought of it like “selling my soul,” and refused it for a long time when my male partner would suggest it. But then I realised how much time and energy it would save me doing the boring repetitive tasks, which means I can focus on growing the business and the fun creative stuff I actually enjoy.
