The Unseen is a six-part documentary podcast series from Godmothers exploring women of the past, present, and future whose contributions to technology, computing, and AI all interconnect. Each episode uses a different lens to view a single thematic thread: What does “unseen” mean in the current climate, and what should we be seeing?
A documentary-style episode told through the eyes of a young Ada, looking back from where we stand in 2026. Combining dramatic voiceover, historical context, and contemporary interviews, this episode asks what it means that the woman who wrote the world's first computer program was forgotten for nearly a century — and what her vision means for where AI is taking us now.
